1 Introduction

Welcome to 88fef (referred to throughout this document as "88fef", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you" or "your") and 88fef governing your use of the website available at https://88fef.cam, including all associated services, features, betting markets, casino products and content offered therein.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

88fef is an English-language online sports betting and casino entertainment platform operated for adult users. The Platform targets Pakistani users and presents content in English with Pakistani-market context, including references to PKR-denominated transactions and locally familiar payment channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The mention of these payment providers is for contextual familiarity only and does not imply endorsement, affiliation or formal partnership.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" The personal account registered by a User on the Platform, through which wagering and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Platform" The 88fef website at https://88fef.cam, including all sub-pages, services, betting markets, casino products and associated mobile-accessible interfaces.
• "Wager" / "Bet" Any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game or other market available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" Any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback or enhanced odds offer provided by 88fef to a User, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a User may withdraw funds or access certain Platform features.
• "AML" Anti-Money Laundering — regulatory controls applied by the Platform to detect and prevent the use of the Platform for financial crime.
• "PKR" Pakistani Rupee — the primary account currency supported by the Platform for Pakistani users.
• "RTP" Return to Player — a percentage figure indicating the theoretical long-term payout rate of a casino game, as configured by the game provider.
• "Self-Exclusion" A voluntary, binding restriction placed on a User's Account preventing login and deposits for a defined or indefinite period at the User's request.
• "Operator" The entity responsible for operating and maintaining the 88fef Platform and processing User accounts, wagers and transactions.

3 Account Eligibility

Access to 88fef is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction. 88fef is an adults-only platform. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

4. Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee of 88fef or its affiliates, partners or technology providers.
5. Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for verifying your own legal position.
6. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform or any related platform operated by the same Operator.

4 Account Registration & KYC

To access wagering and financial features on 88fef, you must create a registered Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

KYC Verification: Before withdrawals are processed and in certain other circumstances, 88fef may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC"). Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid passport. Proof of address and a selfie or liveness check may also be requested. All documents must be genuine, unaltered and legible.

Document Security: You must only upload KYC documents through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Never transmit identity documents via email, WhatsApp or any unsecured channel. 88fef will never request document submission through third-party messaging applications.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. 88fef will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your login details.

5 Terms of Use

By using the Platform you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 88fef:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place wagers or manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage abuse or exploitation of technical errors in the Platform's pricing engine.
• Using the Platform to launder money, facilitate fraud or conduct any activity in violation of applicable AML laws.
• Sharing account access with any other person, including family members.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, age verification or geolocation restriction implemented by the Platform.
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any content, odds data or intellectual property belonging to 88fef without prior written consent.
• Submitting false, misleading or fraudulent KYC documentation.

88fef reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, to void all associated wagers and to retain any balance pending investigation in accordance with AML obligations.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on 88fef are subject to the specific rules of the market or game in question, in addition to these general Terms. By placing a wager you confirm you have read and understood the applicable product rules.

Sports Betting: Odds are presented in decimal format. The displayed odds at the time a wager is accepted constitute the final odds for that bet, subject to the Platform's rules on late acceptance, price changes and void events. For Pakistan Super League, ICC tournaments and other cricket markets, match-specific rules including Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments apply where relevant.

Live (In-Play) Betting: In-play odds are dynamic and may change between the moment you submit a wager and the moment it is accepted by the system. The Platform may impose delays on in-play wager acceptance. Wagers accepted after an event's outcome is determined will be voided.

Casino & Slots: All casino games and slot titles operate using certified random number generators (RNG). RTP figures provided are theoretical long-term averages as set by the game provider and do not represent guaranteed returns on individual sessions.

Void Bets: A wager may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, system malfunction, or confirmation that the event had already concluded before the wager was accepted. Voided wagers are returned to the User's account balance at the original stake.

7 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR where supported by the Operator's current payment configurations. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice and may vary based on the User's jurisdiction and account status.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your 88fef Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum deposit amounts are defined in the Platform's current payment interface and may be updated periodically.

Payment Context: References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on the Platform are provided for Pakistani user familiarity and contextual reference only. These providers do not endorse, sponsor or formally support 88fef. Actual payment method availability is determined solely by the Operator's technical integrations and applicable regulations at any given time.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing timelines are indicative and subject to payment provider processing times, which are outside the Platform's direct control.

Cryptocurrency: Where BTC or USDT deposits and withdrawals are supported, standard blockchain confirmation times apply. Cryptocurrency values are subject to market fluctuation between deposit and withdrawal; the Platform bears no responsibility for exchange rate movements.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Withdrawal requests submitted before wagering requirements are met may result in bonus funds and associated winnings being forfeited.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time 88fef may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions or other incentives to registered Users. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements for each offer are stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting markets, slots, live casino and table games may each carry different contribution percentages. Refer to the individual offer terms for precise contribution rates.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified in the offer terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Household: Bonus offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device and payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through related accounts will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
• Operator Discretion: 88fef reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonus offers are not guaranteed to be available in perpetuity and their availability does not form part of any contractual obligation on the part of the Platform.

9 Responsible Gambling

88fef is committed to promoting responsible gambling at all times. We provide the following tools to help Users manage their gambling activity. These tools are available through the Account settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount. Limit reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a set time period. Once reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum single-session play duration. A notification will be issued as the limit approaches and the session will be ended when the limit is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a binding self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, login and deposit access are suspended and cannot be reinstated until the chosen duration has fully expired.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary break from gambling of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without committing to a full self-exclusion.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88fef Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, odds data, software code and user interface design, is the exclusive property of 88fef or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; use any Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 88fef.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal claims for damages.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88fef and its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology providers shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Financial losses incurred through wagering activity on the Platform, including losses arising from market suspensions, voided bets or system errors.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by maintenance, technical failure, third-party outages or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any legal or regulatory consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Account Termination

Termination by You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled in accordance with applicable game rules and any available balance will be returned to you subject to completed KYC verification and withdrawal conditions.

Termination by 88fef: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false, inaccurate or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud or criminal activity.
• Underage gambling or failure to pass mandatory age verification.
• Use of prohibited software, bots or automated wagering systems.
• Abusive, threatening or offensive conduct directed at Platform staff or other users.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure results from regulatory or AML obligations, funds may be held for the period required by applicable law.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating licence. Specific governing jurisdiction details are available from the Operator upon request.

For Pakistani users, we reiterate that the Platform does not claim authorisation, licensing or approval from the Government of Pakistan, PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority. Users in Pakistan access the Platform on the basis of their own understanding of their local legal position. 88fef does not provide legal advice and this document should not be construed as such.

Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through our support team should be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism specified by the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.

14 Amendments to These Terms

88fef reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Users by email or in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We recommend checking this page each time you access the Platform if you have not visited recently.
